Uniqlo 5th Avenue:
Flagship Alteration Program

I wrote the book on alterations.

In 2011 I pioneered the Uniqlo USA alteration program. I designed a program that scales easily between flagship, mall and pop-up operations. This self contained program had all of the information a new store manager would need to train and manage an alteration department of any size. It contained a companion program designed to ensure alteration team members are able to control inventory, manage workflow, and achieve production standards. This program was implemented in both flagship and mall sized stores across the United States.

In 2015 I oversaw the in-store implementation of the BOPUS program. I determined best-practices and improved work flow. I was able to reduce customer wait time from 5 minutes to 30 seconds through meticulous kaizen application. The program was ultimately adopted by all Uniqlo USA stores.

Indie book delivery.

The direct to customer program to eliminates prohibitive overhead and warehousing requirements while providing world class customer service. This program was able to increase customer retention, exponentially increase product offerings, all while eliminating the need for employees to manually update their e-commerce store.
