Fried Dumplings in Chili Oil

Use regular dumpling wrappers

ingredients

Dumplings

  • 2 stalks scallions chopped

  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

  • 1 tsp grated garlic

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 lb ground pork or beef

  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

  • Chinese 5 spice

  • 30 dumpling wrappers

Sauce

  • 1 tsp grated garlic

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • ¼ tsp Chinese 5 spice

  • 2 tbsp homemade chili oil

  • 2 stalks scallions diced

  • Sesame Seeds

 

Step 1

Mix dumpling filling. Make dumplings. Mix sauce and put in bowls.


Step 2

Fry Dumplings.


Step 3

Toss fried dumplings in sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve.
