General Tso Chicken

ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs cut into 1 inch chunks
fry mix + water
oil for frying
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
4 cloves grated garlic
Sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp coconut amino
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Step 1
Prepare fry mix according to instructions. Put chicken in fry mix.
Step 2
Add all sauce ingredients together. Whisk.
Step 3
Fry chicken.
Step 4
Remove chicken from pan and drain all but 1 tbsp oil. add chili flakes, ginger and garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Return Chicken to pan and toss. Stir in sauce. Stir 30 seconds until thickened. Serve immediately.
