Lamb Chop

ingredients

  • 2 lb lamb chops

  • 6 cloves smashed garlic

  • 4 rosemary sprigs

  • 4 tbsp butter

 

Step 1

Heat cast iron skillet in 400 F oven for 20 minutes.


Step 2

Coat lamb in EVOO, season with salt & pepper. Sear in skillet for 2 minutes. Flip chops, nestle garlic and rosemary. Bake in oven for 2 minutes.


Step 3

Plate lamb to rest. Add butter to pan and bake in oven for 5 minutes. Pour butter over lamb and serve immediately.
