Roast Pork

ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder

  • 6 garlic cloves grated

  • 4 tbsp ginger grated

  • Salt

  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

  • 4 tbsp ACV

  • EVOO

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500 F. Score Pork in grid pattern. Place in dutch oven.


Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients into a paste. Rub pork with paste.


Step 3

Roast pork skin side up for 30 minutes.


Step 4

Flip pork. Reduce oven temp to 225 F. Roast pork for 6-10 hours.


Step 5

When Pork is done, flip back to skin side up. Increase oven temp to 500F. Roast 30 mins.


Step 6

Let pork cool. Shred and serve.
