Spicy Brussel Sprouts

ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed

  • EVOO

  • 1 tsp sriracha (red or yellow)

  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

 

Step 1

In cast iron enamel skillet, toss brussel sprouts in EVOO to coat.


Step 2

Roast sprouts at 425 F for 1 hour.


Step 3

Salt sprouts. Pour sriracha, fish sauce and lemon juice on sprouts and toss before serving.
