Fried Zucchini Blossoms
Beer battered and stuffed.
ingredients
6-12 zucchini blossoms
Ricotta
Fresh herbs [mint, garlic, parsley, chives, sage]
Nutmeg
Step 1
Gently clean zucchini blossoms by submerging in water. Dry thoroughly on paper towels.
Step 2
Mix filling and stuff blossoms. Twist petals close if possible.
Step 3
Dip blossoms individually in batter. Fry until golden. Drain briefly on paper towels, finish with salt and enjoy immediately.
