Steak

ingredients
1 lb Steak
Neutral oil
Salt
Pepper
6 garlic cloves, peeled & smashed
3 tbsp butter
Step 1
Heat cast iron skillet in 450F oven.
Step 2
Coat Steak in oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Heat Skillet on stovetop on MED. Sear steak for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Flip Steak. Surround with garlic. Put in oven for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Rest Steak for 5 minutes. Put butter in pan with garlic. Cook in oven for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Pour butter & garlic over steak. Serve.
